Bio

Kayla Paige is a multi disciplinary choreographer, dancer and creative director based in Tamāki Makaurau, Aotearoa (New Zealand).

 

With experience spanning over 15 years in the dance industry, Kayla has a wealth of knowledge in dance creation, education, choreographic practice and performance.

Her unique sense of style is an extension of her studies across a multitude of genres. Amalgamating movement vocabulary and creative direction to conjure diverse and versatile works to entertain and provoke.

A graduate of tertiary dance education in Australia, Kayla began her professional career in 2007. Alongside her work as a choreographer and director, she is a dedicated mentor, guiding emerging and pre-professional dance artists.

 

Kayla is currently Choreographer for World Of Wearable Art and director of The Conservatory, Aotearoa's, latest and most innovative tertiary dance training facility.
